My career has been defined by one consistent theme: being thrown in the deep end and finding a way not just to survive, but to thrive. These defining moments have shaped me into the leader and mentor I am today.

I built my foundation in real estate, creating and managing property portfolios for some of the world's most prestigious brands including Hugo Boss, White Stuff, and Godiva. These weren't just transactions—they were complex, high-stakes negotiations that required me to navigate uncharted waters, often with limited guidance but unlimited determination.

The transition into mergers and acquisitions was perhaps my biggest leap into the deep end yet. Armed with my business acumen and industry experience, I had to quickly decode an entirely new landscape. While challenging initially, that familiar feeling of uncertainty became my compass. I learned to rapidly assess what was needed, identify the gaps, and build the bridges to success.
